Chichester Wellbeing - Free weight management course

Chichester Wellbeing’s FREE Weigh Better Life weight management course is returning in September with more capacity than ever before with courses in Chichester, Loxwood, Midhurst, Petworth, Selsey and virtually over MS Teams and both morning and evening options are available.

 

This 12 week course starts the week commencing 13th September and you will need to be able to attend all 12 weeks (something might crop up one week and that's fine!)

 

Eligibility criteria:

Adults over the age of 18

BMI of between 25 and 40 (if you're not sure you can check it at https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-weight/bmi-calculator/)

Be able to attend all 12 weeks of the course (or as many as possible)

Provide height (in metres) and weight (in kgs) to register and be weighed at the first session and last session (it will also be possible to be weighed weekly if you would like this option)

Have a 1:1 telephone consultation with Chichester Wellbeing’s nutritionist to confirm the course is right for you before your place is confirmed


Please note priority at this stage is given to those who have not completed the course before. If you have completed the course (previously Move it and Lose it) before you can be added to a waiting list there be any spaces left nearer to the start of the course.
